De Terp van Leidschenveen
De Terp is a location just 10 minutes drive from my home town, in Leidschenveen. It looks like a small church or chapel but in fact is a work of art erected in 2009.

Meijendel nature reserve is one of those places I keep coming back to. It is a remarkable combination of forests, dunes and beach to explore.
The Mastbos forest is the oldest forest in The Netherlands. It is next to the city of Breda and a wonderful area for a hike. Here we went around autumn and found some of the most perfect mushrooms you can find.
On the way back from a short weekend in Eindhoven, we stopped at Oisterwijk to explore the forest there. Natuurmonumenten has created and preserved some wonderful areas there, with trees and small ponds that are popular fishing spots.

For an upcoming InstaWalk event in my home town Zoetermeer, I want to take some photos on locations that we will probably visit. On of these locations is the Dobbe, right in the center of the city, near the market square and city hall.
Amsterdam is a beautiful city and it is practically around the corner for me. That’s why I decided to go there and take some pictures on the most famous locations.
The Maasvlakte is a huge artificial landmass near Rotterdam, where ships unload their cargo and factories process them. The building I photographed there is the Lyondell Chemical Plant.
On a cold winter day I took some pictures in Oosterheem, Zoetermeer. The water was party frozen and there was a nice sunset.
The water tower in Zoetermeer is a structure built in 1927. It is one of the few buildings from a time when Zoetermeer was only a small town.
The Kaapse Bossen are one of the most beautiful forests in The Netherlands. Famous for its autumn colors. This year I made a long walk through the forest, capturing as much of the colorful beauty as I could.
