I made a citytrip to Budapest in September. Budapest is a wonderful city with plenty of opportunities for photography. In a way it is an undiscovered gem in Europe. There are so many impressive buildings there, it is really amazing for Hungary which is a country of less than 10 million people.

I have made several city trips in Europe last month, e.g. to Paris and Rome. In both cities, my time for photography was very limited. Luckily, the hotels I stayed in provided an unexpected opportunity: their staircases.

A chapel built on a few large rocks, so close to the sea. At sunset you can almost feel the divine presence there.

I have visited Dubai a couple of times and everytime it presents new photo opportunities. This time I went to Riverland in Dubai Parks & Resorts.
In March I spent some time in Dubai, UAE. This city never ceases to amaze me. A completely new beachfront area has been opened: La Mer.
When I was in Sardinia earlier this year, I found that the beautiful coastline was even more interesting because of the so called ‘Spanish Towers’. I photographed one of these towers in the south.
I visited Sardinia for a short holiday and used the opportunity to photograph its beautiful shorelines.
